Help and guidance

Short answers to the most common questions.

›How do I create a WordPress Application Password?

In WordPress, open Users → Profile, scroll to Application Passwords, enter a name such as “SEO Growth AI”, and click Add. Copy the password shown (it is displayed once). Use a user that is allowed to publish posts.

›Will you ever ask for my hosting password?

No. We only use a WordPress Application Password, which you can revoke at any time from your WordPress profile.

›Do I need to keep the browser open for scheduled publishing?

No. Schedules run on our servers. You can close the browser or switch off your phone.

›Why does a metric say “Unavailable”?

Because its data source is not connected or has no data for the period. We never fill gaps with estimates.

›Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No one can. We improve what is within your site’s control and show you exactly what was done and what changed.

›What happens if publishing fails?

Temporary errors are retried with increasing delays. If the result of a request is unknown, we check WordPress before retrying, so an article is never published twice. Failures appear in Publishing history and notifications.

›How do I stop everything immediately?

Open Autonomous operations and press Emergency pause. Monitoring continues, but nothing on your site is changed.

›What do the automation modes mean?

Assisted: you approve every change. Automated publishing: we optimize and publish within your limits. Autonomous: we also find and act on opportunities, only for categories you enable.
